Cornflake Cakes - Dairy Free

Quick and easy cornflake cakes - Dairy Free

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g dairy free chocolate
  • 80 g dairy free baking block
  • 3 tbsp golden syrup
  • 180 g cornflakes

Instructions
 

  • Add the dairy free chocolate, golden syrup and baking block to a saucepan.
  • Melt very gently over a low heat. Do not be tempted to speed this up as the chocolate may seize.
  • Once melted then stir with a spoon to mix.
  • Fold in the cornflakes until properly coated in chocolate.
  • Spoon into cake cases and press together to ensure they stick together properly.
  • Top with dairy free mini eggs or any other toppings you like.
  • Allow to set in a cool place before eating.
