Our path to dairy-free started with our first daughter who just didn’t thrive. After losing count of the doctors we saw a paediatrician who finally said she needed to go dairy-free. So here we are sixteen years later. It was not always easy. Sixteen years ago, dairy-free food products were not as easily available as they are now. Fortunately, dairy-free food products are much better these days.

Being dairy-free does not mean eating anything different to everyone else. The inspiration behind this blog is to show that whatever your reason for being dairy-free you can still eat well and enjoy family meals and special occasions without being left out. We’re always learning new things and looking for new dairy-free products which we enjoy sharing on this blog.
We’re a family of four with two growing teens who try to teach us what we don’t know (or what they think we don’t know) about the internet, technology and social media! It’s a learning curve. We don’t always have the best food-styled photographs but you can rest assured that the posts we share are written from the heart, from experience and with love.
