Hey! I’ve been messing around with my ice lolly molds again to make some more dairy-free lollies. Well, these are a great hit in are just like the other lollies are so easy to make. With just two ingredients. (Well, three if you want mixed flavours)
Here’s what I used.
Alpro Greek Style Plain Yogurt 150ml with either
Asda Cherries & Berries Fruit Smoothie 150ml
or
Asda Orange, Mango and Passion Fruit, Fruit Smoothie 150ml
Just mix your choice of smoothie and yogurt together thoroughly. You might find a blender helpful for this as the yogurt is quite thick. This was more than enough to fill a couple of my Lékué molds and make a couple of Twister-type lollies using some molds I bought on Amazon.
The Lékué molds are definitely easier to use and more stable than the Twister type mold. Both work better if you put the molds on a small plastic lid from a Tupperware type box that is freezer-safe. Just slide them into the freezer on the lid once filled.
Two flavour lollies.
If you want to do more than one flavour, simply our into the ice lolly mold, freeze for a couple of hours then pour in the second flavour, and freeze until set or overnight.
If you are interested in the molds I used then links are below for your information. (I’m not affiliated)

Just to say….
The UK Government recommends no more than 150ml of fruit (or vegetable) juices or smoothies a day, so by mixing with yogurt you are able to make this go further. On the plus side, it counts as one of your five a day! I’m not here to tell you what’s right or wrong with this as we have a lot of hospital dieticians constantly reviewing our daughter’s diet which drives my daughter mad, but felt it was worth pointing out!
